Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers amazing views over the harbor, with always something to see. However, it can be very noisy between 6 am and 10 pm due to its proximity to the main shipping lane and ferry terminal. The rooms were large, cool, comfortable, well-equipped, and very clean, creating a light and airy atmosphere with good bathrooms and an excellent shower.
My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, with super comfortable beds and a fantastic view of the pool and Harbour. The staff was so polite, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast that was a delightful start to each day.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The quality and hospitality of the staff were outstanding, making the experience truly memorable. The room was comfortable and large with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, although I wish it had its own balcony to enjoy more. The service was beyond friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was fantastic. The location, overlooking the water and right at the narrow entrance of the backwater lake from the ocean, was truly exceptional, even though dining in the restaurant seemed a bit costly for what was offered. The dining experience, especially the waiter service in the beautiful room overlooking the water, was delicious and plentiful. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel's location is a mixed bag as it offers spacious and comfortable rooms with lovely balconies to see ferry activities, but it is noisy being next to the main road. The service is reliable but sometimes overly attentive, and the dining experience is good but slow. The hotel's setting is ideal for exploring Fort Cochi and enjoying sunset views, yet noise can be an issue. Though the hotel wasn't worth the money overall, it serves as a decent base for sightseeing.
